Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated September 25, 2026

This policy explains how Regolithe Technologies ("Regolithe", "we") handles information when you use our website and platform.

Information we collect

Account information, such as your name, email address and password.

Business information you or your organization enter, such as job-site details, incident records, compliance and OSHA-related data, location information and uploaded files.

Usage information, such as browser and device details, pages used, interaction events, cookie data and approximate location derived from your internet connection.

Information you submit through a pilot request or a question to Regolithe.

Information may come from you, from the organization that sets up your account, or automatically from your use of the platform. Please do not submit another person's personal information unless you are authorized to do so.

How we use information

We use information to manage accounts, run platform features, organize business data, respond to requests, provide support, protect the service, understand usage and improve the website and platform.

AI-generated recommendations and reports are based on the data customers provide. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by the customer.

Who can access information

Regolithe personnel may access data when needed to operate, support, secure or improve the service.

Customer users see data according to their organization's access settings.

Service providers for infrastructure, hosting, analytics, AI processing and communications may process data on our behalf, limited to their service role.

Data retention

We keep information as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, meet operational and legal needs, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Timing depends on the type of data, its purpose and the status of the account or request.

Removed data may persist in backups or recordkeeping systems until those are routinely updated.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

You may ask to access, confirm, correct or delete your personal information, or to receive a copy of it, by contacting us from your account email.

We may need to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where the law permits. If we deny a request, we will explain how to appeal. We will not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.

U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on your state and whether a state law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.

Send requests to TWood.RegolitheTechnologies@gmail.com with your account email and the action you want. To appeal a decision, use the subject line "Privacy request appeal." Not every right applies to everyone.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No system is completely secure, and we cannot rule out unauthorized access.

Sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as this policy describes, as the customer directs, or as needed to operate the service.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies and similar technologies support essential operation, preferences and usage analytics. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, though disabling them may affect some features.

Third-party service providers

Providers may handle infrastructure, hosting, analytics, AI processing and communications, and may process data only for their assigned role. Specific providers are not named here because arrangements may change.

Children’s privacy

The website and platform are for business users and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children's information. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or platform changes. Updated versions and dates are posted on this page, and continued use after an update means the new version applies.
