Terms & Conditions

Effective and last updated September 25, 2026

These terms cover your access to the Regolithe Technologies website and its AI-assisted platform for business operations, compliance and workflows.

Provider and service

Regolithe provides an AI-assisted platform covering business operations, compliance workflows, information management, and related reports and recommendations. Features may change as the service develops.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these terms and, if acting for an organization, have authority to bind it.

Provide accurate registration details, keep them current, protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful business purposes. Do not bypass access controls, probe or attack security, disrupt the service, misuse AI features, submit material you have no right to use, or use the service to infringe others' rights or break the law.

AI, OSHA, and compliance outputs

AI recommendations, reports, OSHA and compliance calculations, and savings estimates are informational only. They are not guarantees and not legal, safety or regulatory advice, and they may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate.

Verify outputs independently before relying on them, especially for workplace safety, legal or regulatory decisions.

Ownership and customer data

Regolithe owns its platform, software, design and related intellectual property. You keep ownership of your business data and uploaded documents.

You allow Regolithe to host and process your data as needed to run, support, protect and improve the service and to produce the outputs you request, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Plans, pricing, and billing

Published plans are Starter, Professional, Complete and Regolithe Autopilot. Pricing and billing terms appear on the pricing page or in your order materials, which govern the fees for your plan.

Warranty disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and as available, and all express, implied and statutory warranties are disclaimed. Regolithe does not promise uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation, or that outputs will fit a particular need.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Regolithe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business opportunities. Total liability is capped at the fees paid or payable in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Regolithe and its personnel against third-party claims and related costs arising from unlawful use, breach of these terms, or material you had no right to submit. This does not cover claims caused by Regolithe's own unlawful conduct.

Suspension and termination

Regolithe may suspend or end access for material violations, security or operational risks, unpaid fees, or legal requirements, and will give notice and a chance to fix the issue where practical. You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time. Provisions meant to survive termination will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the current version with its dates. For material changes we will give notice through the service or another reasonable channel. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.
